There’s a vast range of bright cycling specific clothing out there, but if you don’t want to invest too heavily in gear then a basic high visibility jacket from a hardware store is worth considering. Many London boroughs now offer free adult cycle training for beginners or more advanced cycling. Details are available on the Bikeabilitywebsite. There is also some useful information on the Transport for London website.
